Josanne Stephens

Josanne founded Spa in the City over a decade ago, growing it from a single room into a thriving medspa with a dedicated team. With 30+ years in the beauty industry, she specializes in a natural, pro-youth approach to aesthetics and is passionate about helping clients look like the best version of themselves. She also created the VIP Membership to make top-tier treatments more accessible.

Josanne lives in Midway Hollow with her dogs, Missy and Mya, and her cat, Ginger. When she’s not at the spa, she enjoys gardening and continuous learning in the ever-evolving world of aesthetics.
